The package arrived well rapped up, but while opening the poison was diipping all over the place. the lid was found to be loose and 25% of product was lost. The information details attached was saturated and the pages stuck together and could not be separated without destroying them. I had to go to google to obtain the mixing rate. NOT HAPPY

Before packing poisons, we do tip them upside down and give them a squeeze to make sure they dont leak. While we do take as much care as possible to make them leakproof, unfortunately once they are in the post they are subject to shipping impacts & bumps. They are also not filled right to the top from factory, to try to prevent this happening. We would have been more than happy to send you all the information required for mixing rates, had we known there was an issue with the booklet.
